Check out this short video over at Men’s Health which shows a good all around shoulder exercise that helps strengthen the shoulder muscles and increase range/flexibility. Most people do the basics- shoulder presses and extensions. Nothing wrong with those, but adding something like this will probably help by working some of the unused muscles in the shoulders and upper back. Give them a try for a few weeks and I think you will be happy with the benefits.
