You might have heard of Body Mass Index (BMI) from your doctor or maybe in the gym and wondered exactly what it is and what it means. Basically, it is a measure of your body fat using your height and weight. While it is a good general indicator, it can also be inaccurate for some people since it doesn’t take into account body type, genetics, etc. For instance, bodybuilders and some other athletes always have a high BMI even though they are not at all fat. For the average person however, it is a pretty good indication. So check it out over at MSN. If you are over 25 on the BMI scale, you should really consider some changes to your lifestyle- like the 6 meal per day plan we are posting each day- which will really help.
I will give you your mid-afternoon meal suggestions on Monday morning, so stay tuned.
Day one of the 30 minute workout plan starts Monday too…
