Years of bodybuilding experience shows that the best diet and eating schedule is 6 small meals a day instead of 3 large ones. The benefits are huge if you simply discipline yourself to eat this way. One reason this works is because, for lack of a better illustration, it is better to graze like a cow than to eat like a lion.
