Weekend fun – Fitness Test


Just for fun, head over the Men’s Health and take their Fitness test. I really don’t think this is the best you can do to assess fitness, but it is at least interesting. I suspect that a lot of guys can do better than the highest level you can pick in some of the categories, so it is not a really accurate test. But at least you can get general feel for where you are. They show you how to do each exercise properly, and also give you bad, average and good scores for each. Note that chin-ups are done with the palms facing toward you are are quite a bit easier to do than pull-ups which are done with the palms facing forward and away from you. Try it both ways and you will feel the difference.
